The customers for this project required C.P.F.M to build a rear extension, loft conversion, conservatory and to fully refurbish the property.

The left hand picture shows the construction well under way with the main superstructure completed.

The loft conversion comprising two additional bedrooms with family bathroom within the middle of the loft. A new shower room was built downstairs.

The customers were very pleased with this transformation of their home, turning a two bedroom bungalow into a four bedroom house with additional bathroom and conservatory.
