C.P.F.M were asked to construct a single storey extension to this property and extend the bathroom into the new area, also to form a dining area / bedroom.

The customers were living in a small confined space.

Specifically there were three adults living in a two bedroom house with an extremely small bathroom. An extension was therefore essential.

The front wall and brick shed were demolished and a new pathway with gate formed to run along the side of the new extension.

The new extension included Velux roof light bringing light through the roof into the new extension, and also patio modified to accommodate new layout.
