extension and refurbishment 

This extension allowed our clients to expand their existing kitchen and create a new dining area with utility room and full refurbishment throughout the ground floor area. The picture to the right shows a back view of the house just prior to works commencing.

The image to the left shows works well under way with the main shell of the building completed.

The picture to the right shows an external view of the completed job. The clients and CPFM were very pleased with the finished result and the timescale in which it was achieved.

The picture to the left shows the completed kitchen area comprising new fitted kitchen with fully tiled flooring and internal decoration throughout the ground floor.
