C.P.F.M were instructed to build a single storey extension to the rear of this property.

This was to increase the amount of living space.

The image to the right shows the property prior to work commencing.

The purpose of the extension was to extend the kitchen and form a new dining area.

The picture above shows a view of the property prior to works commencing while the image below shows the property when work had been completed.The customers were extremely pleased with the end result and extra space created.
