This customer required us to build a conservatory, convert the existing front garage into a dining area, to form a patio and to create walls at the back of the garden.

The picture to the right show a view of the back garden before works had begun.

The picture above shows a view of the property prior to  works commenced.

The new conservatory shown to the left was to be used to enjoy the garden throughout the year, with utility area to the rear.

C.P.F.M converted the unused garage, shown to the right, into a well used new dining area complete with suspended timber floor and full decoration.

The finished room is shown in the picture below.

 The conservatory, patio and brickwork really  compliment the existing structure and provide a focal point to the back of the house
