A Harrow couple required additional space and a complete transformation of their three bedroom terraced house.

C.P.F.M were asked to visit and to propose ideas on how these objectives could best be achieved.

An independent project manager was commissioned by C.P.F.M to discuss ideas with the couple, to provide full architectural drawings of the proposed works and to arrange all planning requirements.

In order to obtain the best possible quotation for the works to be carried out, the Client decided to put the job out to tender inviting four different construction companies to provide quotations. After going through the process of reviewing the various companies, their experience, previous projects and prices, the Client awarded this exciting contract to C.P.F.M.

The Client was extremely happy with the results which included a total re-wiring of the property, a new roof, an extension of the kitchen area and a new loft bedroom with en-suite bathroom shown to the left. In addition, the back garden was professionally landscaped and a new decking area designed and built to the client's exact specifications.
