In November 2004 C.P.F.M won a contract to undertake a large double-storey extension and total refurbishment of the property shown to the right of this page. This image shows the building as it was at that time.

The property also required total re-wiring which was undertaken by C.P.F.M's fully qualified electricians.

These major works included the development of a two-storey front, side and rear extension.

When completed the works had transformed the house from a four standard-sized bedroom property into a beautiful new home boasting five large-sized bedrooms, two of which had excellent en-suite facilities.

The works also included the addition of a television room with adjoining shower room and W.C shown to the left.

The image to the right shows the master en-suite bathroom comprising large whirlpool Jacuzzi style bath and glass  shower enclosure with limestone tiling to the floor and  walls.

In addition to the considerable works that were undertaken to the interior of the property, external works were also carried out. This took the form of a new patio area that was created to the rear.

The image to the left of this page shows the home once works had been completed. The living room and kitchen were also enlarged. When the works had been completed our Client was extremely pleased with the result.
