This project involved building a double storey front, side and rear extension with full internal refurbishment.

To the right you can see an image of the property as it was prior to works commencing.

C.P.F.M's instructions were  to build an extension that would convert the property from a three bedroom house to a four bedroom home. The new home would include three bathrooms and a new children's playroom.

The kitchen, which many consider to the the most important room in the home was also extended.

The image to the left illustrates the newly extended kitchen including kitchen units, appliances and granite worktops. C.P.F.M designed and constructed a lowered ceiling to hide the structural steelwork supporting the first floor extension.

The entire house was refurbished including the interior and exterior of the property. For example new garden walls were constructed and an impressive patio area created.

To the right is a picture of the newly developed bathroom including including all sanitary ware and full tiling.

The picture to the left shows the property once work had been completed. The clients were happy with their new four bedroom, three bathroom home.
