Our Client required C.P.F.M to build an extension that was to be the size of a house in its own right. The extension comprised a living area, two good-sized bedrooms with en-suite facilities and two standard bedrooms. The image to the right shows the property prior to works commencing while the image below and to the left illustrates one of the en-suite bathrooms

The Client was on a tight deadline and gave C.P.F.M a target completion period of no longer than five months. Even to C.P.F.M's standards this was a challenging request but a promise was made to the Client that all efforts would be made to complete the project within their specified timeframe.

The image above and the one to the right shows the newly created en-suite bathroom. The works included full tiling to walls and floor, sanitary ware comprising shower cubicles baths and toilet.

After eighteen weeks the project was completed. Needless to say the Client was overjoyed with not only the quality of the workmanship but also with the speed within which the project had been completed. The image to the left shows the completed extension.
