To increase the space available to them, our client required an extension to the front, side and rear of their property. This extension would provide them with three additional good-sized bedrooms with one of these having excellent en-suite facilities.  C.P.F.M also extended the kitchen, created a new children's playroom and built an integral single garage to the front of the property.

C.P.F.M were given a clear budget within which to work and a deadline of four months to complete the project . This deadline was met and the works completed to the client's satisfaction.

The customer and various neighbours commented that the new extension works to the house complemented the existing structure perfectly. Both the customer and C.P.F.M were pleased with the end result.
